Description

Pre-installation is necessary before delivery. The purpose of pre-installation is for easy installation and reduce the time. So after finish production, we will make pre-installation to the note book paper making machine in our factory.

We make pre-installation of the headbox, wire section, press section, dryer section, sizing machine and reeling machine as well.

Headbox	Foundation, pipes, electrical complete pre-installed, adjustable limit switches and position sensor, trial running on upper lip plate.
Wire forming section	Installation frame and a roller transfer device, drive roll, breast roll and the guide roll to the frame.
Press section	Installation frame and pressing device. The press rolls, felt rolls are not attached to the rack, using an optical measuring instrument to ensure the consistency of the press rolls and rack. Mounting groove and water pan. Support installs to frame, walking board.
Dryer section	The frame of operating side and the drive side are fully installed, gear and shaft install into the gear box. Each side of a transmission gear box is installed to right position. Dryer cylinder install one group, operating side mounted on bearings and bearing housing, and the drive gear box mounted to the cylinder axis.
Reeling machine	Install reeling cylinder frame and reeling cylinder.
